We waited in a bloody long line to get in this building. On the top is a big glass dome that you can go into. I think that this is where they have political debates. It's free and open to the public. The original dome was destroyed so they built this glass one to reprisent political transparency. The bigg mirrored thing in the middle collects rain water and the whole thing acts as a heater/cooler/ventalation. It's "green".

I like it. Transparency in govt. and "green" buildings are good.
